Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information

Philosophy

  • - In order to provide high quality services in our travel business, to pursue continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, and to contribute to society, we recognize the value of personal information that we manage, and are committed to protecting the rights and interests of all individuals concerned.
  • - In order to fulfill our social responsibilities regarding the protection of personal information according to a high level of legal compliance and corporate ethics, we will establish a personal information protection management system and ensure all parties are informed accordingly.

Policy

Acquisition, use and provision of information

When acquiring, using, and providing personal information in our travel business, we will comply with the personal information protection management system by ensuring appropriate acquisition, clearly defining the purpose of use, and handling the information only within the necessary scope to achieve that purpose. Additionally, we will take measures to prevent any use beyond the intended purpose.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other guidelines related to the travel business, adhere to the personal information protection management system defined in JISQ15001, and manage personal information appropriately.

Scope of Application

This policy defines the handling of all personal information we handle in our business.

Information Security Measures

To ensure the security and accuracy of personal information, we will implement organizational, human, physical, and technical security measures, as well as corrective actions, to prevent leakage, loss, and damage.

Respect for the Rights of the Individual

We respect individuals' rights regarding their personal information and will take the necessary steps in response to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, or refusal of use or provision of such information. In addition, we accept and respond to complaints and inquiries regarding personal information.

Continuous Improvement

We will implement a cycle of planning, execution, inspection, and review of the protection of personal information, and continuously strive to improve our personal information protection management system.
